Background & Challenges
The firm came to us after working with a previous marketing provider. While they had been running Google Ads campaigns, performance had plateaued: lead volume remained low, and cost per lead (CPL) continued to rise. Despite a stable advertising budget, the return on investment was no longer satisfactory.
Their goal was clear: to improve the efficiency of paid search campaigns without increasing spend and restore consistency in lead generation.
Tasks
The scope of work included the following implementation tasks:
- Design and build a high-converting landing page from scratch
- Integrate analytics tools to monitor user behavior and track lead generation
- Set up call tracking with dynamic phone numbers and call recording
- Implement lead routing workflows, delivering submissions via email and SMS to the correct office
- Create and launch Google Ads campaigns segmented by location, optimized to increase lead volume and reduce CPL — all while staying within the existing ad budget.
What We Did

Landing Page Development & Design
We created and launched a one-page website focused on personal bankruptcy services. The layout was designed to be intuitive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for lead conversion.
The site includes detailed information about the firm's legal services, client case studies, and reviews. To simplify the user experience, we added clear contact forms for submitting inquiries quickly and easily.
Analytics Integration
We implemented seamless tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. This setup collects detailed behavioral data and tracks all key conversion events.
It allows the client to clearly understand the user journey — from the first visit to submitting a request — and use that data to improve marketing performance and website efficiency.


Call Tracking
We integrated a full-featured call tracking system that records phone conversations and attributes each call to its ad source.
This helps the client evaluate lead quality, monitor team response, and identify which campaigns deliver the highest-performing calls.
It also provides insight into which ad channels convert best — enabling smarter budget allocation and long-term planning.

Lead Routing & Notifications
We set up an automated lead routing workflow that directs each submission to the appropriate law firm office based on the user's location. Submissions are instantly delivered to staff via both email and SMS, allowing for a fast response and minimizing the risk of missed leads.
In addition, each user who submits a request receives an automated confirmation email — confirming that their submission was received, is being processed, and that follow-up communication is on the way. This improves transparency and builds trust with potential clients.
Google Ads Campaigns
We successfully launched multi-channel Google Ads campaigns, including search, remarketing, banner display, and Google Business ads.
Each campaign was tailored to reduce cost-per-click (CPC) and increase quality lead volume.
This multi-layered approach helped the firm attract new clients through multiple high-performing Google advertising formats.


Results
The project includes two separate office locations of the same law firm, operating in different regions with distinct market dynamics and advertising goals.
Office 1
– Ongoing collaboration for over 18 months
– Initial 3 months were dedicated to testing, infrastructure setup, and campaign stabilization
– From month 4 onward:
• Lead volume increased by approximately 1.5–2× compared to earlier performance metrics
• Cost per lead was cut nearly in half, reflecting improved efficiency and ad relevance
• Performance remains stable, with regular optimizations ensuring consistent results
Office 2
– Advertising has been running for 6 months
– Google Ads campaigns were launched from scratch, as this office had not previously used Google Ads as a promotional channel
– By month 3, campaigns reached stable CPL levels approximately 40% lower than in the initial weeks
– Lead flow became consistent and predictable from month 3 onward
– Campaigns remain optimized and responsive to local market trends
Performance Notes
• Client feedback confirmed a noticeable improvement in lead quality since launch, compared to previous performance periods.
• The call tracking integration also helped the internal team improve client communication and follow-up processes, leading to better conversion from lead to signed client.
• Additionally, we observed that the average cost per lead in Office 2 was significantly lower than in Office 1, illustrating how location-specific factors — such as local demand, competition, and demographics — directly impact advertising performance and results.
