Tasks

Frontend development

We used a modern technology stack to create a versatile website, ensuring high performance, user-friendliness, and platform scalability.


Frontend: Next.js, React, Tailwind, Zustand, R3F и THREE.js

We chose Next.js for developing the user interface, enabling server-side rendering to speed up page loading, improving the site's SEO rankings and user experience. React was used to create interface components for fast and interactive website functionality.


We used Tailwind CSS to minimize styles and enhance interface efficiency, a utility framework for quick and flexible layout design. This approach enabled high customization, fast development, and easy project maintenance in the future.


We used Zustand for managing the application state - a lightweight library that made it easy for us to track and control data on the frontend.


We utilized R3F (React Three Fiber) integrated with THREE.js to implement 3D graphic elements on the site (interactive models). These technologies enabled us to incorporate high-quality graphics, significantly enhancing the visual experience and interaction with the website.

Backend development


Backend: Strapi и MySQL

We opted for Strapi - a modern Headless CMS, to develop the backend of the site. It enabled us to swiftly and efficiently create an API for content management. Strapi provided flexibility and simplicity in data management, easing the handling of large volumes of information and its structuring.


We utilized MySQL as the database, ensuring stability and reliability in data storage, along with scalability as the project grows.


Integration with ChatGPT-4: A custom plugin for generating metadata.

One of the unique features of our development was the utilization of ChatGPT-4 as a custom plugin for automatically generating metadata for all pages of the website. This tool analyzes the content of each page and creates optimized meta tags for SEO, including Title, Description, Keywords, as well as Open Graph and Twitter Cards.


Thanks to the integration of ChatGPT-4, the metadata creation process has become fully automated and significantly accelerated, ensuring high-quality SEO for all website pages. This solution also helps maintain metadata relevance when updating content, making the site more effective in search engines.

SEO: Comprehensive optimization and utilization of ChatGPT-4


To ensure high visibility of the website in search engines, we conducted comprehensive work on SEO optimization. We started by creating a semantic core, which included selecting and analyzing keywords that closely matched the queries of the target audience. This helped us structure the content in line with current search trends and user preferences in the real estate industry.


One of the key aspects of our SEO work was optimizing meta-tags on all website pages. Utilizing data from the semantic core, we optimized Title, Description, Keywords, and also added meta-tags for social networks like Open Graph and Twitter Cards, enhancing the site's appeal in search engines and social media platforms.


The integration of ChatGPT-4 as a custom plugin for automatic metadata generation proved invaluable. This tool efficiently generates SEO meta tags, streamlining the optimization process and ensuring metadata relevance during content updates. Automating and enhancing the meta-tag creation process for all pages significantly improved the site's visibility in search engines and conversion rates.

Tools for tracking and analysis


We employed top analytics tools to monitor performance and analyze user behavior on the website, including:


  • Google Tag Manager: This tool allowed us to centrally manage tags, enhance event configuration, and expedite implementation changes without the need for development. It significantly simplified tag setup and management for tracking various interactions on the site.

  • Google Analytics 4: With GA4, we obtained precise data on user behavior, traffic sources, conversions, and other key metrics. This enabled us to delve deeper into analyzing the site's performance and identify avenues for further optimization.

  • Yandex.Metrica: For traffic analysis and user behavior, we leveraged Yandex.Metrica to gather additional data on audience characteristics, time spent on the site, and other crucial indicators. Yandex.Metrica also aided in tracking conversions and identifying weaknesses in interface and content.

  • Google Search Console: Through Search Console, we monitored the site's technical status, page indexing, and key queries leading the site to appear in search results. This allowed us to promptly address errors and enhance the site's ranking for important keywords.

By utilizing relevant hashtags and trends, we were able to increase engagement and attract more subscribers and interested users.

To enhance customer interaction and improve communication efficiency on the website, we integrated an online chat supporting messaging apps like Telegram and Viber. This integration allows customers to easily and quickly get answers to their questions, receive consultations on available real estate properties, or schedule viewings.


The online chat has significantly enhanced user experience, providing them with the ability to instantly connect with agents and receive consultations without leaving the site. Integration with popular messaging apps has also increased the number of inquiries and interactions, making the communication process more convenient and accessible.

Listing in Directories


To enhance the visibility of the Greenman Realty Group brand and strengthen trust with clients, we registered the company in key online directories: Yandex Directory and Google My Business.


Registering in Yandex Directory and Google My Business is crucial for local businesses as these platforms allow companies to appear in search results, maps, and other services, enhancing user trust. The registration provided the company with accurate and up-to-date information about its location, contact details, and services offered, simplifying the search and contact process for potential clients.
