Development
We have developed and successfully implemented a marketing platform that has given us full control over customer communications. This platform was integrated with our existing website and company database, allowing us to receive real-time data on orders.
Thanks to the new marketing platform, we were able to efficiently manage all aspects of customer interaction. We created automated processes for sending personalized messages, managing email campaigns, and tracking customer responses.
UX/UI
We developed an interface that was intuitive and user-friendly, allowing for easy customization of various marketing mechanics. Our priority was to ensure simplicity and convenience in working with the platform so that users could easily set up different marketing strategies.
The intuitive interface enabled users to choose and customize marketing mechanics with minimal effort. We paid special attention to the clarity and comprehensibility of instructions so that users could quickly understand the functionality and effectively utilize the available tools.
Customer Base Segmentation
We developed and implemented a detailed customer base segmentation system, allowing us to conduct targeted marketing campaigns. Now we can classify our customers based on various criteria such as demographic data, behavioral indicators, and preferences, and use this information to more accurately tailor our marketing efforts.
Newsletter
We expanded the functionality of our platform by adding tools for creating and sending newsletters through various communication channels, including Viber, SMS, email, and web push notifications. Now we have the flexibility to choose the appropriate channel for each communication with customers based on their preferences and needs.
Product Combo
We have developed functionality that allows our customers to create product combos from various items and generate unique links that directly lead to these items in the cart. Now customers can easily assemble their own sets of products and easily share them with others.
Creating product combos with unique links enables customers to easily add all selected items to the cart with one click. This simplifies the purchasing process and enhances convenience for our customers, saving them time and effort.
Abandoned Cart
We have added a feature called "abandoned cart" to our system, which automatically reminds customers about unfinished orders. This feature has flexible settings that allow us to determine the optimal timing and frequency of reminders to maximize the chances of order completion.
Data Feeds
We have successfully set up automatic data feeds to advertising accounts on Facebook, Google, and Yandex, allowing us to optimize and automate our advertising campaigns. Now we can efficiently transmit information about our products, prices, and promotions to these advertising platforms, ensuring the relevance and accuracy of the data.
Unique promo codes
We've created a system that automatically generates and distributes unique promo codes for our clients. This innovative solution helps increase repeat purchases and encourages clients to continue engaging with us.
Extra features
Our platform includes a wide range of tools specifically designed for efficient management of marketing campaigns. It houses many features to help optimize and analyze campaign results.
Results
